Hellocosplay is a made-to-order cosplay manufacturing studio. Most items are produced after an order is placed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping.

1. Production & Processing Time

Because most products are made-to-order, production time applies before shipping.

Standard Made-to-Order Costumes

Typically 5–12 business days
(Depending on design complexity and current order volume)

Made-to-Measure / Fully Custom Requests

Typically 14–40 business days
(May include pattern drafting, sampling, and confirmation)

Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers

All orders ship from China.

We select the most appropriate carrier depending on destination, parcel size, weight, and service availability.

Carriers may include:

• International postal lines
• 4PX
• CNE
• UPS
• DHL
• Other commercial express providers

Carrier selection is determined by Hellocosplay to ensure stability and delivery efficiency.

Tracking information is sent by email once the order ships.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Factors affecting shipping cost:

• Destination country
• Total parcel weight
• Product type (costume / shoes / props / accessories)
• Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)

Mixed carts may combine shipping costs by product category and calculate a final total at checkout.

Accessories purchased alone may incur separate shipping charges.

Service-fee or price-difference items do not generate additional shipping fees.

Shipping fees displayed at checkout include shipping only. Taxes, VAT, or customs duties (if applicable) are not included.

4. Estimated Shipping Time

(After production is completed)

Shipping times are estimates in business days and do not include processing time.

United States: 7–12 business days
Canada: 9–16 business days
United Kingdom: 9–16 business days
European Union: 9–15 business days
Oceania: 14–30 business days
Rest of World: 7–40 business days

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

5. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product type and availability.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unreachable phone number
• Refusal to accept delivery
• No one available to receive/sign

The customer is responsible for additional re-shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable) can only be processed after returned packages are received. Original shipping and re-shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Customs, VAT & Import Duties

We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

We do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout.

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

EU customers may be subject to VAT and local customs handling fees according to their country’s regulations.

8. International Orders

Hellocosplay ships worldwide.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
