Q: I can’t find my old order on the website. What should I do?
A: Orders before Feb 1, 2026 were processed in our legacy system and were not migrated. Select “Legacy Order Lookup” and submit the form with your billing email, name, and approximate date.

Q: What if I don’t have an order number?
A: Provide your billing email, full name, approximate order date, and any screenshot you have. We’ll try our best to locate it.

Q: When will new orders start processing?
A: New orders will begin processing from March 1, 2026 due to the Chinese New Year holiday.

Q: Do you sell customer information?
A: No. We do not sell customer information.

Q: What happens to legacy system data?
A: We keep only what is needed for fulfillment, support, and compliance. After the retention period, records are securely deleted or anonymized.
