Hellocosplay operates a made-to-order production system. Tracking becomes available after your order has completed production and shipped.


Important Notice – Orders Placed Before February 1, 2026

Orders placed before February 1, 2026 were processed in our previous (legacy) ordering system.

For data protection and system integrity reasons:

• Historical customer accounts were not migrated
• Legacy order data is stored separately
• Orders from the legacy system cannot be searched via this new tracking tool

• Purchase date (approximate if needed)

We will manually verify your order status.


Chinese New Year Processing Schedule

Due to the annual Chinese New Year holiday, production for new orders will begin from March 1, 2026.

Orders placed during the holiday period will enter the production queue starting March 1, 2026.

Shipping times begin after production is completed.

We appreciate your understanding during this seasonal manufacturing closure.


Data & Privacy – Legacy System Orders

Hellocosplay respects customer privacy.

We do not sell customer information.

For orders stored in the legacy system:

• Only minimal required data is retained
• Data is used solely for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, and legal compliance
• After the applicable retention period, records are securely deleted or anonymized

Your Order ID can be found in:

• Your order confirmation email
• Your payment receipt

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Tracking information becomes available once the order has shipped.

Q: I placed my order before February 1, 2026 — why can’t I find it here?

Orders placed before February 1, 2026 were processed in our legacy system and were not migrated to the new website system.

Please verify:

• Your Order ID
• The billing email used during checkout

If tracking still fails, contact us with your order details.


Q: When does tracking become available?

Tracking is issued after your order has completed production and has shipped.

You will receive a tracking link via email.


Q: When will new orders start processing?

Orders placed during the Chinese New Year holiday will begin processing from March 1, 2026.

Production time applies before shipping.


Q: Do you sell customer information?

No. Hellocosplay does not sell or trade customer personal data.


Q: What happens to data in the legacy system?

Legacy order data is retained only for required operational and legal purposes. After the retention period, records are securely deleted or anonymized.
