Hellocosplay operates as a made-to-order cosplay manufacturing studio. Orders enter production only after payment confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods
Currently accepted:
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other major brands)
Processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.
PayPal is temporarily unavailable.
Payment Security
Your payment security is our priority.
• We do not collect or store full card numbers
• We do not store CVV codes
• Transactions are encrypted
• Payments are processed by certified third-party providers
• 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) may be required
Hellocosplay does not have access to your full card details.
If Your Payment Fails
If your transaction is declined:
Contact your card issuer to confirm the international online purchase is authorized.
Confirm sufficient funds and international transaction permissions.
Retry the payment after confirmation.
Some banks automatically block cross-border transactions for security reasons.
Statement Descriptor Notice
Your bank statement may display:
• A payment processor descriptor
• A shortened business name
• A slight difference due to currency exchange rates
This is normal for international transactions.
Currency conversion and foreign exchange fees (if applicable) are determined by your bank.
3D Secure / OTP Verification
Some banks require:
• One-time password (OTP)
• SMS verification
• App-based approval
You must complete the verification to finalize payment.
Refund Policy & Payment Reversal
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing times depend on your bank (usually 3–10 business days after refund issuance).
We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts for security reasons.
Fraud Protection & Communication
For your protection:
• We will never ask for your full card number
• We will never request your CVV code
• We will never request OTP or verification codes via email or chat

Order Confirmation
Production begins only after successful payment confirmation.
You will receive:
• Order confirmation email
• Production processing status
• Shipping notification with tracking (after dispatch)
